During the half term holidays Head coach Hannah and Welfare officer Kate went on an NSPCC Time to listen course. This was a really useful course that helped us keep up to date with good practice. Kate is in and around the gym on a weekly basis and looks forward to visiting all of our classes at some point in the near future.
